I am working with the EcoInvent spreadsheet, using the PM.2.5 and Land Use from the Selected LCI results column. However, I do have to take some missing products from my calculation set in SimaPro.
My doubt is that SimaPro has the EcoInvent Selected LCI results (version 1.4!), and I don't know whether if this one is the one Ecoinvent 3.6 uses. (or if it's at least compatible for PM2.5/LandUse)

As you can see in the documentation of the method “selected LCI results” in SimaPro, this is an LCA impact assessment method taken directly from ecoinvent V2. This method has not been modified since V2 and is still the same in V3.6 of ecoinvent. However, SimaPro has its own impact assessment implementation which can lead to differences in LCIA scores. If you want to find out about this topic please read here.
Since the method has not been modified since V2, it is most likely that the implementation is the same. To be 100% sure, please check with SimaPro.
