Hello everyone,

I´m trying to incorporate recycled rubber in my LCI but I can´t find it on the processes list. Basically, I will seize the rubber coming from end-life tires to produce a kind of recycled rubber coat for a product. I already have drawn the LCA flowsheet. It begins with the production of tires. After its utilization, I want to recycle and incorporate it into another product. How can I do it on SimaPro? I can´t find how I process this situation.  An alternative is to use a kind of a rubber that already has recycling process on it but is Global and I want it to be ReR.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, this process does not exist in the ecoinvent database. To receive help on how to model new processes in SimaPro I can advise you to contact their support or check out the SimaPro manual.
