If my energy is produced by CHP I have to enter two entries electricity and heat energy in CHP? If only 50% of this production of my requirement is produced in chp, I have to enter two more items for electricity from the grid and thermal energy from a boiler?

If I understand you well then your approach is correct. You will need to use different activities as inputs to model the different sources of energy, let it be from CHP, from the grid and from different fuels for heating.
