As Project Manager, David coordinates data submission projects that help improve the quality and coverage of the ecoinvent database. With his technical expertise, he supports data providers to ensure a smooth integration of new data into the database.
David also develops analysis tools with python, which help the ecoinvent team maintain and review the contents of the database. And with his technical knowledge, he helps users get a better understanding of the data published by ecoinvent.
David holds master's degree in Environmental Engineering from ETH Zurich, with a focus on water-related topics. In his master's thesis, David explored how to design water supply networks in an optimal way while considering an uncertain future water demand.
